Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Racrovet Skincare is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

International Shipping Policy
At this time, Racrovet Skincare does not offer international shipping.
We currently ship within the United States only. This allows us to maintain the highest standards in product quality, packaging, and delivery experience.
Orders placed with shipping addresses outside of the United States will not be processed and will be canceled.
